Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve end‑to‑end logistics operations across the Americas, including order management, air & ocean freight, customs clearance, domestic distribution and exception management.
- Act as the primary operational liaison between US teams, Kering HQ (Logistics, Finance, Operations & Planning), Kering Americas and 3PL partners to ensure alignment and service quality.
- Own operational relationship and delivery performance for US Department Stores, translating commercial priorities into actionable client operations plans.
- Define, monitor and optimise KPIs (OTIF, order accuracy, lead times, service levels, transportation costs and 3PL performance) and produce clear data‑driven reports for stakeholders.
- Develop, document and enforce standard operating procedures to guarantee consistency, compliance and scalability across the region.
- Lead cross‑functional projects for process optimisation, system enhancements and workflow scalability, leveraging ERP and WMS data to improve visibility and planning.
- Manage escalations and implement corrective and preventive actions to protect premium service standards and client satisfaction.
- Oversee LATAM order entry and communications to ensure accuracy, responsiveness and continuity of service across the region.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain or client operations; experience with luxury, retail or high‑value goods preferred.
- Deep knowledge of US logistics: air/ocean freight, customs procedures, domestic distribution and 3PL management.
- Proven ability to define and drive operational KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong process orientation with experience creating and implementing SOPs and scalable workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across international and cross‑cultural teams.
- Fluent English required; Italian and/or Spanish considered strong assets.
- Systems proficiency — AX Dynamics (preferred), WMS, EDI and advanced Excel experience.

A seasoned operations leader with 5–10+ years in logistics, supply chain or client operations, ideally within luxury, retail or other high‑value goods environments, with demonstrated success managing 3PLs and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to USD 95,000 per annum.
