Ginori 1735 seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Florence Flagship Store. Lead luxury retail operations, manage client relationships, and drive boutique performance with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver distinctive and highly personalized customer experiences, ensuring excellence throughout the sales process and maximizing commercial results
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, including critical situations and after-sales service, maintaining alignment with brand positioning
  • Develop and retain the client portfolio by acquiring new clients and building long-lasting relationships with existing clientele
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain an elegant, curated sales environment aligned with brand identity
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring optimal product availability and maximizing sales opportunities
  • Analyze retail KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, and average transaction value to identify and implement performance improvements
  • Propose innovative initiatives to enhance the in-store experience and strengthen client loyalty with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and team excellence
  • Support the Store Manager in team management and development, promoting a culture of performance and service excellence

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the luxury or premium sector
