Ginori 1735 seeks Airbrush Spray Operator in Sesto Fiorentino, Italy. Master manual and robotic airbrush decoration on premium porcelain.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate compressed-air spray equipment for manual airbrush application on porcelain
  • Prepare colors through grinding and dilution with water or oil according to specifications
  • Configure spray cabin equipment and position articles on turntables and support structures
  • Assemble and disassemble airbrush apparatus
  • Execute airbrush decorations with progressively increasing levels of complexity and precision
  • Perform chromatic quality control on decorated products and identify defects
  • Set up and calibrate robotic airbrush systems
  • Prepare color solutions optimized for robotic application
  • Monitor chromatic quality of robot-applied finishes and adjust robot parameters as needed

Qualifications

  • Training or educational background in art or design (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience with compressed-air spray equipment for painting and finishing
  • Proven manual dexterity and precision in fine craft work
