Luxury fashion house — Paris is hiring a Weekend Sales Advisor (Sunday & Monday). Part-time role focused on client service and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high-touch client service on weekend shifts (primary coverage on Sundays and Mondays).
- Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through proactive clienteling and recommendations.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation to brand standards, including window and floor displays when required.
- Operate the POS, process transactions accurately and manage returns/exchanges in line with store policy.
- Support stock management: receive and unpack deliveries, conduct cycle counts, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Cultivate and update client records; follow up on leads and appointments generated during weekend service.
- Contribute to a tidy, secure and welcoming store environment, complying with loss-prevention procedures and opening/closing routines.
Qualifications
- Availability to work regular weekend shifts, specifically Sundays and Mondays.
- Proven customer-facing retail experience, ideally in fashion or premium brands.
