Role & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and execute precision repairs on Rolex timepieces in strict compliance with brand specifications
- Perform routine maintenance, complete overhauls, and revisions to ensure optimal mechanical function
- Collaborate with the after-sales service team to maintain expedited service timelines and transparent customer communication
- Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols within the workshop
- Work autonomously while integrating effectively within a team environment
Qualifications
- Formal diploma in horology or equivalent professional experience in watchmaking
- Proven track record in luxury watch repair and servicing, with demonstrated expertise in Rolex timepieces
