  • Ensure all in-store spaces reflect the Galeries Lafayette brand identity, graphic charter, and visual merchandising principles
  • Enhance the customer journey by adapting displays and layouts to align with current themes, events, and commercial operations
  • Analyze and evaluate merchandising performance indicators to assess impact and refine strategy
  • Maintain alignment between merchandising strategy and operational requirements across the store
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the visual merchandising team in daily responsibilities and skill advancement
