Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of seasonal window concepts and in‑store visual schemes in accordance with global brand directives.
  • Translate visual guidelines into practical store installations, producing planograms, mock-ups and installation briefs for store teams.
  • Assemble, position and style display props, mannequins and fixtures to achieve photo‑ready presentation and commercial impact.
  • Coordinate with store management, operations and merchandise teams to ensure visual standards, stock rotation and product placement align with commercial objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain visual equipment and prop inventory, manage returns and minor repairs, and document completed installations with photography for reporting.
  • Contribute to visual audits and local adaptations of global campaigns, providing feedback to the visual merchandising manager on feasibility and local optimisation.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a vocational or higher‑education programme in visual merchandising, retail design, fashion design or related discipline (work‑study/alternance required).
  • Demonstrable aesthetic sensibility with an understanding of proportion, colour, light and composition appropriate to luxury retail.
  • Practical dexterity and experience with physical installation (mannequin dressing, basic carpentry/fixture handling).
  • Organised, reliable and able to work to tight deadlines and retail opening schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with store teams and suppliers during on‑site installations.

Experience

Education

Enrolment in or recent completion of a vocational diploma, BTS, Bachelor or equivalent programme in visual merchandising, retail design, fashion design or a related field (work‑study/alternance contract required).
