Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain window displays and in‑store visual concepts that reflect seasonal campaigns and brand guidelines.
- Develop and implement store layouts, fixture plans and planograms to optimise product storytelling and commercial performance.
- Coordinate installations across multiple boutiques and ensure consistency of brand presentation at global retail locations.
- Collaborate closely with retail managers, store teams, marketing and creative departments to align visual execution with merchandising calendars and launches.
- Manage inventory staging, props and display assets; supervise external installers and third‑party vendors as required.
- Train and coach store staff on visual standards, merchandising techniques and on‑floor resets.
