Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Visual Merchandising team in executing seasonal visual concepts, window schemes and in‑store displays to maintain brand presentation standards.
- Assemble, install and dismantle fixtures, props and signage; ensure displays are structurally sound, safe and visually aligned with visual directives.
- Produce and maintain moodboards, presentation materials and layout plans for shop floors and windows in collaboration with the VM manager.
- Apply merchandising guidelines for product placement, planograms and point‑of‑sale presentation to optimise storytelling and sales flow.
- Coordinate with store management and retail teams to schedule installations, manage stock for displays and ensure timely rollouts.
- Maintain display stock, props and a tidy workshop area; report damaged fixtures and request replenishments as required.
- Contribute to visual audits, store resets and ad‑hoc pop‑up or event set‑ups, and document installations with photographs for records.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in an alternance (work‑study) programme or vocational diploma in Visual Merchandising, Retail, Visual Communication, Scenography or equivalent.
