Leading luxury fashion house in Paris hiring a Visual Merchandiser (alternance) — work‑study opportunity to design windows and in‑store displays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the conception and execution of window displays, in‑store sets and seasonal visual schemes that reflect the Maison’s aesthetic and commercial directives.
- Translate merchandising directives into detailed installation plans, including elevations, prop lists, materials and fixture placement.
- Prepare and adapt graphic assets, signage and POS for print and production; produce technical drawings and mock‑ups as required.
- Assist store teams with visual resets, product placement, stock flow and display maintenance to maximise sell‑through and visual consistency.
- Participate in trend and market research to inform creative proposals and seasonal moodboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (store operations, buying, marketing, production) and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of visual installations.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in an alternance/apprenticeship program or equivalent vocational diploma in visual merchandising, retail design, fashion, interior design or related discipline.
- Basic technical drawing skills and ability to produce clear installation instructions and scale plans.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with an understanding of luxury retail narratives and brand codes.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments within tight lead times.

Experience
Previous internships or short‑term experience in retail visual merchandising, store installations or set design preferred; exposure to premium or luxury retail environments is an advantage.
Education
Vocational diploma or ongoing higher‑education in visual merchandising, retail design, fashion, interior design or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship enrolment required).
