Galeries Lafayette seeks Transformation Project Manager Intern in Paris. Support retail restructuring strategy and transformation initiatives; internship starting January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the advancement of priority departmental projects in liaison with relevant business units, including project scoping and presentation materials
  • Actively participate in key branch transformation initiatives including change management, digital transformation, artificial intelligence integration, and lean management
  • Develop and articulate strategic perspectives on the evolution of business activities and operational models in alignment with top management priorities
  • Contribute to the elaboration of the three-year branch transformation plan
  • Execute additional strategic and operational assignments based on departmental priorities and demonstrated initiative

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree +4 or Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Demonstrated strategic mindset with ability to identify market trends and long-term competitive challenges
  • Proven results-oriented approach with capacity to align cross-functional teams toward objectives
