Groupe Galeries Lafayette seeks Trade Marketing Project Manager for Paris HQ; develop strategies for Louis Pion and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz networks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy annual trade marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives for both Louis Pion and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz retail networks
- Serve as primary liaison between partner brand marketing teams and internal stakeholders across retail, purchasing, and supply chain functions
- Analyze market segments, competitive landscape, and customer demographics to propose differentiated offerings including cross-brand partnerships, pop-ups, events, and content initiatives
- Negotiate co-marketing funding and communication budgets with partner brands to achieve financial targets while maximizing impact
- Design and orchestrate comprehensive 360-degree communication campaigns for partner brand product launches and seasonal initiatives
- Develop and manage sales team challenges and incentive programs to drive engagement and boost marketing performance at retail level
- Create vendor training materials and communication tools to support retail staff effectiveness
- Track, measure, and report on the performance metrics and ROI of all marketing initiatives
- Identify and champion innovative marketing channels and ROI-driven promotional supports to optimize existing levers
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or university (Bac+4 or Bac+5 level)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar trade marketing or brand partnership role, ideally within retail or luxury retail environments
- Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and organizational excellence
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, with proven ability to work effectively across multiple departments and external partner organizations
- Creative thinking and strategic mindset with capacity to propose innovative recommendations
- Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects

Experience
Prior experience in a comparable trade marketing, brand management, or retail marketing position, preferably within the luxury retail, watches, jewelry, or selective retail sectors.
Education
Degree from a business school or university at Bac+4 or Bac+5 level (equivalent to Master's degree or higher).
