Galeries Lafayette seeks a Beauty Trade Marketing Intern in Paris. Manage brand partnerships, trade operations, and marketing campaigns within the luxury retail group's Beauty division.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned brand portfolio autonomously, coordinating meetings with partner brands and Galeries Lafayette buyers to present key initiatives and partnership proposals
  • Monitor partner brand news and align campaigns with GL seasonal events and thematic calendars
  • Challenge partners with innovative and exclusive project proposals to enhance visibility, brand awareness, and business development
  • Present available tools (social media, CRM, customer journey, catalogues) to partners to maximize their reach and performance
  • Negotiate commercial cooperation envelopes in collaboration with the purchasing department
  • Monitor trade marketing budgets for assigned sectors and analyze performance metrics of trade marketing operations
  • Lead and coordinate marketing projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage complete project lifecycle including negotiation, validation, coordination, implementation, and post-campaign analysis
  • Coordinate communications activations between brands and internal departments (CRM, e-commerce, social media, catalogues)
  • Ensure timely delivery of all communication assets and materials
  • Define quarterly communication priorities across all channels (CRM, social media, e-commerce)
  • Co-develop marketing plans with trade marketers across different sectors
  • Conduct post-campaign performance analysis and reporting
  • Distribute monthly trade notes to network stores
  • Deploy and monitor trade operations across the physical retail network
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative performance of in-store operations
  • Prepare coordination meetings between stores and trade marketing teams
  • Participate in negotiations with key trade network stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac +4 or Bac +5 programme at a business school or equivalent institution
