Galeries Lafayette seeks Tax-Free Sales Advisor for Paris-based back-office role managing refund processing and client services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and manage tax-free refund forms received through multiple submission channels
- Sort and dispatch refund documentation with and without official stamps
- Validate refund requests within the Galeries Lafayette tax-free system in compliance with customs regulations
- Escalate anomalies to the supervisor for review before final validation
- Archive all manually validated forms and maintain activity indicators
- Handle and track customer inquiries and complaints related to tax-free services
- Manage after-sales support for tax-free transactions
- Report identified issues and service failures to management
- Verify compliance of customer requests and process validations
- Ensure coordination between departments to deliver consistent service quality
- Apply Galeries Lafayette service standards and procedures to address customer needs
