Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann seeks a part-time Supply Chain Specialist for weekend inventory and merchandising operations in the toy category.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate product flows to ensure consistent merchandise availability on the sales floor
- Identify restocking needs in close collaboration with sales teams and receive, inspect, and merchandise new items and product replenishments
- Monitor product rotation, manage remnant inventory, and maintain proper presentation in accordance with merchandising standards and planograms
- Anticipate inventory requirements based on sales activity, promotional calendars, and seasonal commercial peaks
- Monitor stock levels, prevent stockouts, and trigger replenishment orders as needed
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy and reliability
- Track key performance indicators, analyze inventory discrepancies, and identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in full physical inventories and contribute to ongoing process optimization
