Six-month supply chain internship at Galeries Lafayette's Watches & Jewellery division in Paris, starting January 2027. Assist with inventory, procurement, and retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and update key performance indicators; prepare weekly and monthly activity and stock reports for management review
- Participate in supplier purchasing sessions; provide collection performance analysis and contribute to buying budget development
- Identify best-performing products and quantify inventory replenishment for retail locations and brands while adhering to purchase budgets
- Track promotional campaign performance and prepare markdown listings, including discount rates for seasonal events (Black Friday, Soldes, etc.)
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives including inventory transfers, stock clearance, return processing, and automatic replenishment system implementation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university programme at Master's level (Bac+4 or Bac+5)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated aptitude for quantitative data analysis
- Rigorous, detail-oriented approach to task execution with intellectual curiosity
- Collaborative mindset; experience working on cross-functional projects
