Galeries Lafayette Group seeks Strategy Project Manager Intern in Paris to support strategic transformation initiatives and annual planning processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret structural changes in the market environment and their implications for divisional strategy
- Develop strategic perspectives and convictions on evolving business models and professional services
- Prepare presentation materials for executive seminars covering market reviews, competitive intelligence, and strategic project updates
- Participate in the elaboration of the annual strategic plan for the department store division in coordination with all functional departments
- Contribute actively to major transformation projects with significant impact, including store format evolution, new concept development, and key process reviews
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student at Bac +4/5 level in a Grande École de Commerce or equivalent institution
- Demonstrated strategic mindset with capacity to identify long-term market trends and opportunities for sustainable value creation
- Results-oriented approach with ability to mobilize teams toward the achievement of business objectives
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities

Experience
No prior professional experience required; however, previous exposure to strategic planning, consulting, or business development projects is valued.
Education

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,500 per month.
