Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and continuously refine store-level security and loss-prevention policies and procedures tailored to a luxury retail environment.
  • Supervise and schedule the store security team, including hiring, coaching and performance management to ensure professional and discreet customer-facing conduct.
  • Operate and maintain CCTV, alarm and access-control systems; oversee incident logging, evidence management and post-incident investigations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability audits of stockroom, shop floor and back‑of-house areas; propose and implement mitigation measures.
  • Lead emergency response and evacuation procedures; coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services and headquarters security as required.
  • Deliver security awareness and de-escalation training to boutique staff; embed loss-prevention best practices into daily retail operations.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable data-protection and privacy regulations when handling CCTV footage, incident reports and personal data.

Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in retail security, loss prevention or a related protective-services role; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven team leadership experience with ability to manage, motivate and develop a small security or patrol team.
