Groupe Galeries Lafayette seeks Store Manager for luxury watches/jewelry boutique at Paris CDG Airport. Lead team, drive sales, manage operations. Full-time CDI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and animate a sales team, ensuring their development through coaching and training while maintaining strong operational presence on the shop floor
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to build high-performing units and drive employee engagement through leadership
- Drive commercial development by establishing action plans aligned with budgetary targets and performance objectives; cultivate and expand qualified customer base through targeted clienteling strategies
- Create and maintain customer databases to foster lasting relationships and invite VIP clients to exclusive events with brand partners
- Coordinate inventory levels with headquarters and suppliers to meet sales objectives and manage peak traffic periods
- Manage administrative operations including compliance with labor regulations, HR processes, reporting, security protocols, and customer service resolution
- Ensure consistent application of group policies, procedures, and directives while maintaining regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar management role within luxury retail or high-end service sector
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous
