Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a sales team through recruitment, coaching, mentoring and on-site operational presence to ensure excellent performance and engagement
- Define and execute commercial action plans to achieve store sales targets and communicate objectives clearly to the team
- Cultivate client satisfaction and loyalty through a personalized service philosophy, ensuring exceptional customer experience aligned with luxury retail standards
- Manage all administrative operations including compliance with employment law, group policies, brand directives, inventory control, after-sales service, security and dispute resolution
- Oversee accounting, HR administration, reporting, stock control, customer service operations and loss prevention
