Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to ensure smooth, compliant and customer-focused service across sales, cash handling and stock management.
- Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed store KPIs through team coaching, merchandising and targeted clienteling.
- Recruit, train and develop boutique staff; establish schedules, conduct performance reviews and coach on commercial behaviours.
