Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales team through recruitment, coaching, and mentorship, ensuring operational presence on the sales floor and driving results-oriented culture
- Develop and implement commercial action plans in alignment with budgetary objectives, communicating targets to the team and monitoring performance against individual and collective KPIs
