Louis Pion Cannes is hiring a Store Manager in Cannes, France — lead boutique operations, sales and client service for watches & jewellery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day boutique operations in Cannes, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and presentation.
- Recruit, train, coach and schedule sales staff to achieve individual and team targets; foster a client-centric sales culture.
- Own sales performance and KPIs; develop and execute action plans to grow revenue, average transaction value and repeat business.
- Manage stock control, replenishment and inventory reconciliation in accordance with company procedures; coordinate with central merchandising.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store layout to reflect brand standards and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, POS operations and daily reporting; implement loss-prevention and compliance measures.
- Deliver personalised clienteling, manage after-sales service and build long-term relationships with high-value customers.
- Report performance and store needs to regional management; contribute to local marketing and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in watches, jewellery or related luxury accessories.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store P&L responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in recruiting, developing and motivating small teams.
- Solid knowledge of stock control procedures, visual merchandising and retail KPIs.
- Fluent French; professional working knowledge of English is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory role; prior exposure to watches or jewellery retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; degree or vocational training in business, retail management or a related field is advantageous.
