Louis Pion seeks a Store Manager in Brétigny-sur-Orge, France to lead boutique operations, sales and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations in Brétigny-sur-Orge, ensuring sales targets, store presentation and customer service standards are met.
- Manage, coach and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, scheduling and performance reviews.
- Drive commercial performance by analysing KPIs, executing sales initiatives and optimising assortment and visual merchandising.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, stocktakes and loss-prevention procedures to protect margin and availability.
- Ensure flawless clienteling and after-sales service, cultivating long-term customer relationships and loyalty.
- Manage cash handling, POS operations and all administrative tasks related to store reporting and compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience with supervisory responsibility; prior store manager experience preferred.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Experience in watches, jewellery or luxury accessories is strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to merchandising, stock control and loss-prevention.

Experience
Several years of progressive retail experience with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or store manager role; experience in watches/jewellery or luxury retail is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education; vocational or post-secondary training in retail, sales or business is advantageous but not mandatory.
