Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and set the dining area, including bar service setup, organization, and control of perishable stock
- Welcome guests warmly and present food and beverage menus with professional expertise
- Take orders accurately and provide informed recommendations based on client preferences
- Deliver food and beverages throughout the meal service, from entrée to dessert and coffee service
- Clear tables efficiently and ensure guest comfort and satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization standards throughout the service period
