Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding personalised client service to high-net-worth and regular clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Support the store manager with daily operational leadership, including opening/closing procedures and staff allocation.
- Drive sales performance through active selling, clienteling, appointment management and conversion optimisation.
