Galeries Lafayette is hiring a Senior Management Controller to oversee performance and financial planning for its 17 provincial stores, working with operational and central teams. The role covers KPI analysis, store performance reviews, P&L oversight, reporting and budgeting; it is an 8-month fixed-term contract from 1 January to 31 August 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze weekly and monthly activity KPIs and project daily revenue targets, factoring in contextual effects.
- Prepare and lead weekly performance reviews with store directors to challenge and explain results.
- Ensure the accuracy and oversee each store’s profit and loss account, then prepare the associated reports and action plans.
- Develop comprehensive store-level budgets covering revenue, margins, personnel expenses and overheads across all planning cycles: budget, reforecasts and medium-term plan.
