Role & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and enforcement of corporate sûreté (security) and safety policies across retail and corporate sites.
- Assist with access control, CCTV monitoring, alarm system oversight and visitor management procedures.
- Perform routine site inspections, risk assessments and vulnerability audits; document findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute to investigations into incidents of theft, fraud or safety breaches and prepare accurate incident reports.
- Coordinate with external security providers, local law enforcement and internal stakeholders during incidents and preventative campaigns.
- Deliver or support staff briefings and training on security protocols, emergency procedures and loss-prevention best practices.
- Help maintain and update security documentation, records, permits and supplier contracts to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support security planning for events, VIP visits and high-value shipments, including logistical and procedural checks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognised vocational or higher-education programme in security management, risk management, law, logistics or a related field (BTS, DUT, Licence/Bachelor).
- Strong sense of discretion, integrity and respect for confidential information.
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels and external authorities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail for audits, reporting and incident reconstruction.
- Availability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends as required by retail operations.
- Legal eligibility to work in France for the duration of the apprenticeship.
