Galeries Lafayette seeks a Sales Manager for the Champs-Élysées store in Paris. Lead luxury retail teams, drive sales strategy, and elevate customer experience in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve revenue and performance targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that drive client acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning the store as a destination for luxury lifestyle solutions
