Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalised service to clients in the boutique, guiding product selection and presenting collections with product knowledge and storytelling.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and appointment management to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, handle refunds and maintain cash-handling best practices.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed and maintained, including window displays and in-store presentation.
- Support inventory management activities: stock replenishment, stock counts and receipt processing.

- Assist with in-store events, private appointments and VIP client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience; previous retail or luxury sales experience preferred.

- Strong numerical aptitude and accuracy for transaction processing and basic inventory tasks.

Experience
Previous exposure to retail sales, ideally within a luxury or premium environment; one year or more of hands-on boutique sales experience is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates with relevant training will be considered.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent); vocational training in retail, sales or luxury hospitality is a plus.
