Louis Pion seeks a Sales Associate (28h/week, CDI) for its Qwartz boutique. Expert watch & jewelry retail expertise required; competitive compensation and training provided.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with professionalism and accompany them through the purchase journey with personalized consultation
- Develop client-specific sales propositions and articulate product benefits aligned with individual preferences
- Process transactions at point-of-sale with accuracy and discretion
- Promote the Louis Pion brand identity and actively drive retail sales targets
- Maintain store visual standards through regular stock replenishment, window displays, and merchandise presentation
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all retail brands and the in-house Louis Pion collection
- Execute routine on-site repairs including sizing adjustments and bracelet replacements
- Coordinate reception, documentation, and follow-up of after-sales service requests and special orders
- Conduct delivery verification and participate in periodic inventory counts
- Curate and prominently feature the jewelry selection within the product mix
Qualifications
- Customer-centric orientation with demonstrable ability to build trust-based client relationships
- Proven track record as a brand ambassador capable of translating client needs into tailored solutions
- Results-driven mindset with adaptability to evolving customer scenarios and operational challenges
- Preferably, a qualification or certification in horology (watchmaking or horological retail)
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience in a luxury or specialty goods environment is advantageous; familiarity with watches and jewelry retail is preferred but not strictly required if coupled with strong customer service acumen.
Education
Educational background in horology, jewelry studies, or luxury retail is preferred; secondary qualification or vocational training in horological crafts is an asset.

The successful candidate will be located in Villeneuve-la-Garenne, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
