Louis Pion seeks a Sales Associate for its Paris boutique (CDI, 35 hours/week). Luxury watches and jewelry expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany customers throughout their shopping experience
- Provide expert product consultation and develop tailored sales arguments aligned with customer needs
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and process customer payments
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales revenue
- Maintain store presentation, ensure regular stock rotation, and execute window displays
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of in-store merchandise and brand portfolios
- Execute simple on-site repairs including watch sizing and bracelet replacement
- Coordinate after-sales service requests and manage special orders
- Verify incoming deliveries and conduct inventory counts
- Curate and highlight the jewelry selection with expertise and passion
Qualifications
- Customer-centric mindset with genuine brand advocacy capabilities
