Louis Pion Sales Associate position at Galeries Lafayette Nice Masséna. 35-hour fixed-term contract role offering luxury watch and jewelry retail expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and accompany clients with attentive, personalized service
- Advise clients on watch and jewelry selections, tailoring recommendations to individual needs and preferences
- Process transactions at point of sale
- Build brand advocacy and drive sales performance for Louis Pion and partner brands
- Maintain store presentation, execute window displays, and ensure regular stock replenishment
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge of all in-store offerings and represented brands
- Perform basic on-site watch and jewelry services, including resizing, bracelet changes, and repairs
- Manage after-sales service, special orders, and customer follow-up
- Conduct inventory control and verify incoming deliveries
- Showcase the jewelry collection and communicate seasonal promotions
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in horology (preferred)
- Demonstrable excellence in customer-facing retail environments
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships based on trust and professionalism
