Sales Associate (Watches & Jewelry) at Louis Pion, Faches-Thumesnil. Full-time CDI 35h role in luxury retail with training and growth potential.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and accompany clients, providing personalized guidance and tailored product recommendations
- Advise clients on watch and jewelry offerings and develop compelling product presentations aligned with customer needs
- Process point-of-sale transactions and financial reconciliation
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and develop individual sales revenue targets
- Maintain store presentation, create window displays, and execute regular stock rotation
- Possess and articulate comprehensive product knowledge across all featured brands and collections
- Perform routine watch servicing tasks on-site including resizing and bracelet replacements
- Manage after-sales service requests, special orders, and coordinate with service facilities
- Receive and verify merchandise deliveries and conduct periodic inventory audits
- Highlight and promote the jewelry selection with enthusiasm

Experience

Education
Diploma or formal training in horology is preferred but not mandatory.
