Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany customers, assessing needs and establishing rapport
- Provide expert product guidance with tailored recommendations across multiple prestigious watch and jewelry brands
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and securely
- Develop and expand sales performance by promoting the Louis Pion brand and driving revenue growth
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards, including regular stock replenishment and window displays
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across the full range of brands and in-house collections
- Perform routine on-site watch services including band resizing and strap replacement
- Coordinate watch repair intake, track after-sales service completion, and manage special orders
- Verify incoming deliveries and conduct regular inventory audits
- Curate and highlight the jewelry selection to enhance customer engagement
Qualifications
