Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany customers with attentive, personalized service
- Advise clients on product selection and develop tailored arguments aligned with their needs
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales performance
- Maintain store presentation and window displays, ensuring regular stock rotation
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of in-store inventory and present brand offerings to clientele
- Execute simple on-site repairs including watch sizing and bracelet replacement
- Manage after-sales service, customer follow-up, and special orders
- Verify deliveries and conduct inventory audits
