Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients with attentiveness and professionalism
- Advise clients on watches and jewellery with tailored product expertise and consultative approaches
- Execute cashier operations and payment processing
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales performance
- Maintain store presentation, merchandise displays, and regular inventory replenishment
- Develop and articulate in-depth product knowledge of all in-store brands and collections
- Perform basic on-site watch services including sizing, bracelet changes, and simple repairs
- Coordinate after-sales service, warranty inquiries, and special orders
- Verify incoming shipments and conduct inventory controls
- Showcase the jewellery selection with creative visual merchandising
