Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and accompany customers throughout the sales journey with attentiveness and professionalism
- Provide consultative advice tailored to individual customer needs and preferences, articulating product benefits and heritage
- Process transactions at point-of-sale with accuracy and efficiency
- Promote the Louis Pion brand identity and drive revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain store appearance, visual displays, and window presentations; ensure consistent stock replenishment
- Develop and communicate comprehensive product knowledge across all in-store watch and jewelry brands
- Execute routine repair services including watch sizing, bracelet changes, and minor adjustments
- Coordinate watch repair services, manage customer requests, and track post-sale service delivery
- Receive and verify incoming shipments; conduct periodic inventory counts and reconciliations
