Louis Pion is hiring a Sales Associate for its Villars boutique on a permanent 20-hour-per-week contract, starting 7 November 2026. The role covers customer service and sales, store presentation and stock, basic watch repairs, after-sales service and special orders; a watchmaking qualification is preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Advise customers and develop sales arguments tailored to their needs.
- Process customer transactions.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and grow sales.
- Help maintain the store, create window displays and replenish stock regularly.
- Know the store’s product range and present its brands to customers.
- Carry out simple on-site repairs, including bracelet adjustments and strap changes.
- Handle and follow up on after-sales service requests and special orders.
- Check deliveries and conduct stock inventories.
- Showcase the jewellery selection.
