Louis Pion is hiring a Sales Associate for its Val d'Europe boutique on a 34-hour fixed-term contract (CDD). The role covers customer advice and sales, store presentation and replenishment, simple watch repairs, after-sales service, special orders, deliveries and inventory; a watchmaking qualification is preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Advise customers and tailor sales arguments to their needs.
- Process transactions.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and develop sales.
- Maintain the store, help create window displays, and replenish stock regularly.
- Know the store’s assortment and present the brands to customers.
- Carry out simple on-site repairs, including resizing and replacing watch straps.
- Handle after-sales service and special orders, including follow-up.
- Check deliveries and conduct inventory counts.
- Showcase the jewellery selection.
- Ensure a satisfying customer experience throughout the visit, from initial welcome and payment to repair intake and after-sales follow-up.
Qualifications
