Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers through the purchasing journey
- Provide expert product consultation and tailor sales arguments to individual client needs
- Process customer transactions and handle point-of-sale operations
- Build brand advocacy for Louis Pion and drive revenue growth
- Maintain store presentation, execute window displays, and ensure regular stock replenishment
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the boutique's merchandise offering and present participating brands effectively
- Execute basic watch repairs on-site including sizing and bracelet replacement
- Manage repair intake, track after-sales service, and coordinate special orders
- Receive deliveries and conduct inventory controls
- Curate and showcase the jewelry selection
- Support store operations and visual merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
