Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers through their shopping experience with attentiveness and professionalism
- Provide expert product consultation and tailor recommendations to individual customer needs and preferences
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and maintain cash control procedures
- Actively promote the Louis Pion brand and develop sales revenue through consultative selling
- Maintain retail floor presentation, including window displays, merchandising, and regular stock replenishment
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across the curated selection of over 60 watch and jewelry brands, from accessible to premium segments
- Execute basic watch repair services on-site, including sizing adjustments and bracelet changes
- Coordinate repair requests and special orders, ensuring proper tracking and timely follow-up
- Conduct delivery inspections and participate in inventory audits
- Showcase the jewelry collection and communicate its distinctive value propositions
Qualifications
- Watchmaking or horology certification or diploma (preferred)
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Strong sales orientation with proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail operations
- Attention to detail and precision, particularly when handling luxury goods and executing repairs
Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience in a luxury goods environment, watches, or jewelry sector is advantageous but not strictly required; candidates with strong customer-facing backgrounds and demonstrated sales achievement will be considered.
