Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients with personalized attention and consultative expertise
- Advise clients on watch and jewelry selections, developing persuasive arguments tailored to individual needs
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive revenue performance within assigned targets
- Maintain store presentation and visual displays, ensuring regular merchandise replenishment and window installations
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the store's luxury watch and jewelry offerings, including premium brands such as Rolex, Tudor, Hermès, and Cartier
- Perform simple on-premises repairs, including watch sizing and bracelet changes
- Coordinate and track after-sales service requests and special orders through to completion
- Verify incoming deliveries and conduct inventory audits
- Highlight and merchandise the jewelry collection with strategic emphasis
Qualifications
- Horology diploma or specialized training in watches and jewelry (preferred)
- Proven client-centric orientation and proven ability to build trust-based relationships
- Demonstrated capacity to develop personalized solutions responsive to customer needs

Skills
Experience
Prior retail or luxury goods sales experience is beneficial but not mandated. The position offers structured onboarding and specialized training in the watches and jewelry sector to develop foundational expertise and commercial acumen.
Education
Preferred: Diploma in horology or specialized horological training. Equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be considered.
