Galeries Lafayette is seeking a Sales Associate for the home department at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, delivering personalised service in a premium and luxury retail environment. The permanent part-time contract is 21 hours per week, on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise and support discerning customers, delivering a personalised sales experience.
- Demonstrate mastery of products, trends and the codes of premium and luxury menswear.
- Grow revenue by selling products and services.
- Build lasting customer loyalty through trusted relationships.
- Process transactions in accordance with procedures.
- Maintain the sales floor through merchandising, replenishment and presentation of collections.
- Ensure the sales area and products are presented to impeccable standards.
Qualifications
- Passion for menswear and knowledge of premium and luxury codes.
- Ideally, experience selling menswear, accessories or high-end products.
- Ability to meet the expectations of premium customers and provide personalised guidance.
- Excellent service orientation and a genuine interest in customer relationships.
- Results-oriented, with the commercial acumen to grow revenue.
- Attentive and adaptable, with the agility to take on new challenges.

- Speaks English and is comfortable advising and selling to an international clientele.
