Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and accompany customers with warmth and attentiveness, delivering personalized product recommendations and consultancy
- Generate revenue through the sale of products and services, building customer loyalty and repeat business
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, shelf stocking, inventory replenishment, and overall cleanliness of the sales floor
- Develop and nurture lasting customer relationships to ensure retention and advocacy
