Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany customers with attentive, consultative service
- Provide tailored product recommendations aligned with customer needs and preferences
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive commercial revenue targets
- Maintain store presentation, execute window displays, and ensure regular inventory replenishment
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all in-stock watch and jewelry brands
- Perform routine repairs and adjustments on premises, including watch sizing and bracelet replacement
- Coordinate after-sales service requests and special orders with meticulous follow-up
- Receive and verify incoming deliveries and conduct periodic inventory audits
- Feature and promote the jewelry collection with strategic visual merchandising
Qualifications
- Preferred education in horology or fine jewelry
- Demonstrated customer service excellence in luxury retail environments
- Strong sales acumen with proven ability to exceed commercial targets
- Knowledge of watch and jewelry product categories and brand positioning
- Professional communication skills in French; English preferred
- Adaptability to evolving customer needs and market dynamics

Experience
