Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and accompany clients with attentive, personalized service
  • Advise clients on watch and jewelry selections, tailoring recommendations to individual preferences and needs
  • Process transactions at point of sale
  • Build brand loyalty and drive sales revenue for the Louis Pion brand
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, including window displays and regular stock rotation
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all brands and collections available in-store
  • Execute simple on-site repairs such as watch resizing and bracelet changes
  • Coordinate after-sales service requests and special orders with follow-up management
  • Oversee delivery verification and conduct inventory counts
  • Highlight and promote the jewelry selection with enthusiasm
