Louis Pion Nice Etoile seeks Sales Associate (CDI, 35h/week). Luxury watch and jewellery retail role with training and career growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and accompany clients with professionalism and attentiveness
- Provide tailored product consultation and develop persuasive sales arguments aligned with client needs
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive revenue growth through consultative selling
- Maintain store presentation, including window displays and regular product replenishment
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of in-store inventory and represent participating brands effectively
- Execute basic on-premises repairs, including sizing adjustments and strap replacements
- Coordinate repair intake, tracking, and post-sale service delivery
- Conduct delivery inspections and inventory counts
- Showcase the jewellery collection with confidence and passion
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (conversational minimum)
- Client-centric orientation with a consultative sales approach
- Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and deliver personalized solutions
