Louis Pion seeks a Sales Associate for a 2-month CDD (35h/week) at Galeries Lafayette Nice Masséna. Join France's leading watch and jewelry retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany customers with attentive, consultative service
- Develop tailored sales arguments based on client needs and preferences
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and cash handling
- Build brand loyalty and drive revenue performance for Louis Pion
- Maintain store presentation through regular restocking and window displays
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all in-store watch and jewelry brands
- Perform basic on-site repairs including watch sizing and bracelet replacements
- Manage after-sales service follow-up and special order administration
- Verify incoming deliveries and conduct inventory audits
- Curate and highlight the jewelry selection to customers
Qualifications
- Preferred qualification in watchmaking or horology
- Proven customer-centric mindset with ability to build trusted relationships
- Results-driven orientation with adaptability to varied customer scenarios
- Retail or luxury sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
