Sales Associate at Louis Pion, Lyon Part-Dieu – Full-time CDI 35h role in luxury watches and jewelry retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany customers with attentive, personalized service
- Advise clients on watches and jewelry, developing sales arguments tailored to individual needs and preferences
- Process transactions at the point of sale with accuracy and professionalism
- Perform simple repair services on-site, including watch sizing and bracelet replacements
- Coordinate and follow up on after-sales service requests and special orders
- Maintain store presentation, conduct regular restocking, and create compelling window displays
- Control incoming deliveries and assist with inventory counts and management
- Promote Louis Pion's jewelry selection and the full range of 60+ brand offerings
- Build lasting relationships with clients and serve as a brand ambassador
- Meet individual and team sales targets through engagement and service excellence
Qualifications

Skills
Experience

Education
Qualification in horology or watchmaking is preferred. Secondary education equivalent or higher is expected.
